howdy everyone. long time no blog.. just letting everyone know i have made my own little wiz bang photo blog.

you can upload zip files of photo's, or single photo's one at time. the website will automatically unzip the photos into albums. you can add album names, descriptions, permissions and users can leave comments on your albums and photo's. there's a slideshow for each album and its all easy as japanesee to use..

long time no blog

so its been a while since there has been a weight check in. now that i'm back down to a resonable weight i'll let everyone know where i'm at again! the eating plan is back in full swing!

I think i put on a heap more weight while in bali however the hint of bali belly made me lose about 5kg!
